Construction of Drain

Unit Enterprises successfully executed the construction of a Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) open drain system in the Eastern Zone of Bin Qasim Town, Port Qasim, for Tufail Chemical Industries Ltd. The project aimed to establish an efficient and durable drainage infrastructure capable of handling industrial wastewater and stormwater runoff in one of Karachi’s major industrial zones.

The scope of work included the excavation, formwork, steel reinforcement, and concrete pouring for the RCC open drain, ensuring structural stability and long-term performance. Given the industrial nature of the area, special emphasis was placed on using high-strength materials and precise engineering to ensure chemical resistance and optimal flow capacity.

The drainage solution was designed to support environmental compliance and improve site sanitation, directly contributing to Tufail Chemical Industries’ operational efficiency and commitment to sustainable practices.
