Restoration work

Unit Enterprises was entrusted with the comprehensive construction and rehabilitation work at Sarfaraz Rafiqui Shaheed Hospital, one of the key healthcare facilities in District South, Karachi. The project involved the construction of the 4th floor, along with the repair and reinforcement of the damaged roof structure to ensure long-term durability and safety.

Our scope of work included civil, structural, and finishing activities, all executed in strict compliance with healthcare construction standards. Special attention was given to minimize disruption to the hospital’s ongoing operations, ensuring that patient care services continued without interruption.

Working in collaboration with ABM Engineer and ESS-I-AAR Karachi as project consultants, Unit Enterprises ensured quality execution, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The construction was carried out using high-quality materials and modern techniques to meet the stringent structural and safety requirements set by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).
